Keep the request specific

Tell us the vehicle model and year, the customer’s symptoms, your diagnostic findings and the work already performed. Include the full report and module label photographs where relevant. Say whether you need diagnosis, programming, compatibility assessment or data transfer.

Work alongside the wider repair

We agree the specialist scope and explain what is included. Installation, wiring repairs, mechanical work and final road or system checks remain separate unless specifically included in the agreement. A programming request does not automatically include diagnosing every underlying fault.

Replacement modules

Before ordering a donor, send the original and donor details for review. The original module’s condition, readable data and the vehicle’s system affect the available options. Please retain the original and tell us about previous modifications or failed programming.

On-site or agreed module assessment

A workshop visit may be suitable for vehicle-based work. Bench or shipping arrangements are considered only after the relevant details have been checked. We confirm the required items, responsibilities and final tests before shipment or attendance.

Commercial arrangements

Price, travel, diagnostic scope and any additional work are agreed before proceeding. We do not publish a universal hourly tariff or guaranteed turnaround for every module. Use the enquiry form for electronic work; telephone enquiries are reserved for car keys.
