A key that does the job you need

A replacement smart key needs more than the right-looking case. Its electronics, frequency and compatibility must match the vehicle’s access system. Before quoting, we check the model, model year, market and the number of working keys. Key programming, remote locking, emergency starting and passive entry are distinct functions; the agreed job makes clear which functions are included.

Spare keys and replacement keys

If you have a working key, keep it available for the appointment. We assess whether another independent key can be added to your particular system and what parts are required. If every key is lost, the process may be different: see our all-keys-lost service. Emergency blade cutting can be included where the appropriate profile and cutting information are available.

When the key may not be the fault

A “Smart Key Not Found” message does not always mean a new key is needed. Key damage, vehicle power supply, antennas, wiring or the access module may require diagnosis. If the vehicle has an intermittent problem, tell us when it happens, whether both keys are affected and whether emergency starting still works. We assess the cause before recommending parts.

What to prepare

Have the model, year, location and all available keys ready. A VIN and clear key photographs may be requested to identify the correct system. Evidence of ownership or authority to commission the work is required for key and security-related services.

Price and appointment

The price depends on the key system, parts, the number of keys and whether a working key is available. Travel and any separate diagnostic work are discussed in advance. Mobile visits are available by arrangement across Lithuania.
